I think that no two people are the same and words such as 'fit', 'strong' and 'healthy' mean different things to different people.
My approach is centred around how you feel now and how you want to feel.
I've been a qualified personal trainer now for the past 3 years, having come from a crossfit background and more recently gaining experience in a commercial gym I've decided to go it alone.
I became a personal trainer because I love to help people make long term changes to their lifestyle. There is no bigger reward than seeing someone achieving things they once thought impossible!
That being said I don't like to take myself too seriously and love to have a bit of fun! I'm realistic in my approach and understand that everyone has different goals.
We are a team and I will work with you to overcome whatever barriers are stopping you from achieving those goals! :-)
