Gravity Fitness is a fitness studio offering Aerial Hoop and Pole Dance Fitness classes, 1-2-1 Personal Training, Small group training (2-4 people),and Bootcamps.

Fitness should be done to help you achieve your specific goals, gain you confidence,and make you fitter and healthier. But at Gravity Fitness there will always be an element of fun and excitement guaranteed!

This studio is perfect for individuals who are wanting to feel more confident, not only in their bodies but in their own ability to accomplish challenges and overcome fears.

Aerial Hoop 7:30pm-8:30pm (Mixed Ability)

Tuesday: Pole Fitness (Beginners) 8:30-9:30pm
Aerial Hoop (Mixed Ability) 8:30pm-9:30pm
Pole Fitness (Beginners) 8:30pm-9:30pm

Wednesday: Youth Aerial Hoop 5:30-6:30pm (Ages 6+).
Aerial Strength, conditioning and Stretch Class 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Aerial Hoop (Beginners) 7:30pm-8:30pm

Thursday:
Aerial Hoop (Intermediate) 6:30-7:30pm
Aerial Hoop (Mixed Ability) 7:30-8:30pm
Pole Dance Fitness (Beginners/Intermediate) 8:30-9:30pm
