I was, and after a few personal setbacks I looked in the mirror one day and didn't recognise myself so I decided to set myself goals and embark on my fitness journey to see what I could achieve. The realisation then occurred to me that there is so much more to fitness than just exercise. Now, I want to help you succeed in your very own journey. I am a REPs qualified mobile Personal Trainer and Sport & Exercise Scientist who wants to help educate clients on achieving their fitness and nutrition goals to live a happy healthier lifestyle.
