I am Helen Dawson - I hope my page will be a great place for information on health and well-being, being stress free, and winning at life in general.

I lost 3 stone in weight for my wedding in 2015, this reawakened my interest in health and well-being.

I have a degree in Biology and am trained in Anatomy & Physiology. I am a Reiki Master teacher, trained in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage - I have also done an introduction to Bowen Technique. All of which I use to offer tips on healthy living.

I have a wide network of professionals whose work, and posts I will share with you too.

I retail Forever Living products via www.aspengirl.co.uk and offer recipes (my own usually) tips, tricks and other informative 'stuff' all about how to live a healthy life...

Based in Thrapston I can offer FREE local delivery or ship anywhere in the world via my online store.
