Waythrough Counselling

General information

I call my counselling practice "Waythrough" for one simple reason. When facing difficult life situations we often try to avoid them, deny them or simple ignore the toll it's taking in our emotional life. The only way to resolve a situation is to actually find your own "Waythrough", to grieve a loss or losses, to understand the reason you feel you do and that where professional counselling can help. I offer a safe, empathic space where these uncomfortable feelings can be explored and begin to be resolved. Counselling is not a quick fix but a journey of discovery.
