London Canary Wharf Badminton Club

General information

We have badminton sessions every week. We operate on a booking system to ensure no overcrowding. Please read further details below. Our club sessions are:

Mondays, 8.00 pm - 10.00 pm (all levels) (2 courts) at Bacon's College, near Canada Water, SE16 6AT.

Thursdays, 8.00 pm - 10.00 pm (intermediate/advanced players only, kindly contact Brian Ng if you are unsure whether you are eligible) (1 court) at The Workhouse, Poplar High Street
London, E14 0AF (adjacent to Tower Hamlet College/Poplar DLR station).

Fridays, 8.00 pm - 10.00 pm (all levels) (2 courts) at Bacon's College, near Canada Water, SE16 6AT.

Saturdays, 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm (2 hours) (all levels) (3-4 courts), 3.00 pm - 5.00 pm (2 hours) (all levels) (3-4 courts) and 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm (3 hours) (all levels) (1 court) at Bacon's College, near Canada Water, SE16 6AT.

Our main venue is Bacon's College. Our previous host venues are George Green's School and Langdon Park. In some occasions, we may use other venues around Docklands, so please check details for our session which will be shown on "Events" tab.

Prior booking is mandatory because we limit the number of players each session. Please read the details on "Events" tab before your booking and ensure there are available spaces. If a session is full but you want to attend, please send me a message via Facebook and I will put you on waiting list.

Additional friends/guests can be invited provided there are spaces available at the time, and he/she also needs to book "I'm Attending" via Facebook.

Please don't use the "Interested" option in your booking. Please also be considerate and don't abuse the booking system. Anyone who did not come but click "I'm Attending" is preventing others from attending. Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or "no shows" will impose full session payment. For anyone who missed bookings 3 times, we reserve the right to refuse your future booking for 3 months.
