At JIM our desire is to provide inspired flexible fitness solutions that challenge the status quo, we believe that fitness is a lifestyle not a membership.

We want to change the gym culture, so we’re creating the JIM culture to redefine the health and fitness industry in a way that optimises experiences for one and all. JIM will be fully equipped but with a more industrial feel to ensure the focus is on the workout rather than unnecessary extras, previous business experience has taught us that stripping back to the essentials works well in a variety of industries. By stripping back to the essentials we aim to develop an innovative and differentiated approach to working out and in educating our users about the best way to achieve their goals, JIM provides all that is necessary to exercise optimally.

We want to empower our clients to take control of their workouts, their bodies and their lifestyles in order to maximise their potential. JIM provides a strength and conditioning workout environment with added facilities for cardio and core body workouts. JIM focuses on teaching clients how to use equipment and their body effectively to optimise their workouts and to achieve maximal results.
