I am here to help you create a life that feels fulfilling and inspiring to you. For most of my clients this starts with their job Most of them are in established careers but at the point where they feel either dissatisfied, unfulfilled or burned out.

That's very much how I felt for a long time. After 21 years of working in law and financial services in the City of London, I was was finally brave enough to leave the golden cage of corporate life to follow my love for coaching.

Having seen the benefits of coaching in my own life, I now help my clients to create life outcomes and manage life challenges more effectively, with a focus on their career decisions and life planning.

I am the author of the career self-coaching book: "Falling in love with your job - How to create more excitement and fulfilment in your career" (see www.LoveYourJobBook.com).

My action orientated process leads you through an exciting journey that will help you find out who you are and what matters to you most. We then use this information to explore new ways of expressing those values in each area of your life.

All sessions offer a mixture of action planning and exploration. We will agree on exercises between sessions that will train your brain to think in a more resourceful way that will support the identity you would like to create and the goals you pursue.

I apply an integrated coaching style which uses a wide range of tools from various disciplines, such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
