General information
Our club is open for anyone looking to try the sport out, whether you want to compete, look after yourself, get in shape or relieve stress, training is adaptable for all! With a friendly atmosphere. Performance is the key focus in all sessions as we believe progression is achieved much faster and keeps motivation levels high!
Classes are very different each week, however structure is often the same, beginning with a warm-up (incorporating dynamic stretches), followed by conditioning and body conditioning, then moving on to progressive drills, and ending with sparring or rolling (optional).
If you are interested but unsure, come along and watch a session, but bring some shorts as you may want to get stuck in!! :)
