Rather than offering a set of exercises or instructions to "get rid" of difficult feelings like anger, depression, anxiety or sadness psychodynamic work allows the space for thought and understanding so that lasting change can continue when therapy has ended.
Therapy can be short or long term and is generally on a weekly basis.
