Unlike most "Personal Trainers" I haven't just done a 7 day course, I've got degree level qualifications relevant to fitness and nutrition. I won't just send you on your way with standard generic program I will make sure that what you get is a personal plan designed around your specific goals/needs and lifestyle.
I am here not just to "train" you but to help coach you to a different lifestyle that provides sustainable results. How many times do you see people that yo yo up and down weight wise, this is because their results are not realistic in terms of long term maintenance. My results stick because they are designed to fit in with your life in the real world. I will teach you not just to follow a plan but to understand basic nutrition so that you understand why things happen allowing you to adapt in the long term.
