At the ashram we welcome yoga students and teachers from all over the world.
Ashram Aims;
To encourage practitioners to deepen their yoga practice, thereby gaining insight into their emotions, mind and essential nature.
To help us find meaning and fulfilment by awakening joy and wisdom
To present courses in different paths of yoga and related subjects
To train yoga teachers to carry the light of yoga out into the world
To be a mandala, a focus of energy and creativity, where we can learn to live harmoniously and wisely with ourselves and others
The Spiritual Director of the Ashram is Swami Nishchalananda.
