By the end of your time spent with your coach you will have a clear understanding of your goals, along with what and how you are going to achieve them. It will be all your own work. The change will be that you have the confidence to do it. You will have the tools and ability to move on rather than wait for the “thing “ to get better or change on its own. Results can be as quick as 1 hour !
