As a service provider the House of Rox-Anna operates to strict policies to ensure that prior to commencing work all staff members hold City & Guilds qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Hairdressing, Fashion, Photographic and Media Make Up. The team is also in a position to provide staff for Hair, Make Up, Beauty and Henna for events, photo shoots & fashion shows.
All staff are appropriately uniformed when on duty for clear identification to the public and in addition all staff are fully equipped and supported to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service. The team are also provided opportunities to gain on-site training to further develop their skills and experience and to provide better and more effective service to its clients.
