Like the majority of people I have struggled with my weight, I have tried all the diets that are out there, I would lose weight but would become bored and slowly the weight would come back on and more.
June 2013 I decided to give "CWP" a go as a friend had achieved her weight loss goal and maintain for 2 years. I started the diet and was amazed how the pounds and inches were dropping off me, I have dropped 2 dress sizes and maintained! Why didn't I try this diet years ago!!!
