I'm Mariam Aka Spartan Muslimah, a qualified Pt and Nutritional Advisor. My motto is that exercise can and should be fun. It should be something that you look forward to alongside the physical and mental rewards.
I love having the opportunity to help people improve their lifestyle and achieve what they want for themselves. Whether that be; health improvement, long-lasting weight loss, improved confidence and self esteem or a combination of these goals.
I have been helping ladies getting in shape for over 15 years and been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, so I have a great deal of experience working with all types of clients. That's why I can relate and understand what we women struggle with when it comes to our body, the struggle to juggle work, family ,trying to stay healthy which often tend to pull us away from having time for exercise.
