General information
My classes reflect what I have learned and practiced over the past 20+ years. I began teaching mixed ability classes in the Newbury and Hungerford areas 17 years ago. In fact some of the original students are still coming along to this day. I continue to gain inspiration from the teachings of Doug Keller, Judith Lassater, Susie Hately Aldous to name but a few, and enjoy participating in regular yoga intensives and trainings in London. I have a real passion for yoga and love to share the philosophy and practice with anyone that's keen to know more
