General information

I am a chartered psychologist working in Central and North London. I offer individual private counselling, couple’s therapy and facilitate in-patient group sessions at Cygnet Hospital (Harrow-on-the-Hill). I work with a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress (often work-related), among others. I also offer bereavement counseling. However, you may not necessarily be able to pinpoint exactly what is wrong. You might simply feel that your life is not living up to the hype. Everyone is unique, so I draw on many therapeutic models to help tailor an individual experience to suit you, including: Existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic and Person-Centred approaches.
