Our studio based within the RUFC shaw lane barnsley S70 6HZ, is a full equip yoga and pilates studio, covering all level from mobility and rehab to beginners, intermediates and advanced, working with the NHS and GP's to help our community, other areas are Antenatal natural birthing techniques and postnatal courses, plus Cancer rehab classes and 1-2-1 home rehab referral by NHS, working with patients ME, MS, Fibromyalgia and so much more. Sports and remedial massage, indian head, Reiki Hot stones, Bamboo massage plus hot glass Cupping and Vacuum cupping treatments. There are 6 instructors all full qualified and insurance to a high level and standard, we have our PA Emily who is always happy to help you in evening studio hours on the studio phone 5.30pm to 9pm Monday to Thursday.
