Hi, I’m Lou Witterick, chef and one of the founders of Simply Prep Meals. I have always been interested in nutrition and more importantly passionate about healthy food. Not so long after I graduated with a degree in Science and Nutrition, I won a national catering competition, with my winning dish cooked in front of thousands of people at London ExCeL. As a result, I was fortunate to appear on “The One Show” and meet the renowned food critic Jay Rayner.

Simply Prep Meals was formed after I was approached by a friend who at the time was ordering online meals. He was disappointed in the complexity of ordering and inconsistency of food quality. We knew that we can bring something to the market, so this sparked the idea of founding our company which began its existence in a small kitchen next to a local gym. Our menu is kept simple for your convenience. Our food is delicious and high quality, with seasonings carefully crafted by us. Our ingredients are with the highest quality possible and our aim is to maintain our high standards. We are sure you will enjoy our food as much we enjoy creating it.
