Open times for CrossFit sessions/open gym are 7am - 10.30am / 12 - 1.30pm / 5 - 8.00pm Mon - Fri plus 8am - 12pm Sat and 9.00 - 11am Sun.
Academy 11-16's are held Tues & Thus 4-5pm + Saturday 11am.
Kids and preschool are held weekdays 4pm and weekends, 1 session per week per child. See website for more info.
Fundamentals are monthly 8am or 8pm - Mon, Wed and Fri (all 3 sessions required). Please get in touch for more info!
