Crafty wooden Creations Terms and Conditions.
As of Friday 13th June 2014, regulations changed which affect all small business pages on Facebook and online.

To order any items from crafty wooden creations, please look at my photos on the page where prices should be stated excluding Post and packaging
Postage and packaging charges will depend on the total weight of the final order as I always combine postage, so you the customer, will save money on multiple purchases.
Please message me with any queries or to order a specific items
Your order must be paid for within 24 hours, unless otherwise discussed, and the order will not be confirmed until paid for in full. turnaround time is 2-3 weeks and on3-4 weeks for bespoke and personalised items unless otherwise stated by crafty wooden creations
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place the order, up to 14 days from the day you receive your parcel.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.
You must send confirmation of the cancellation by email, or Facebook PM.
If your order has not been posted, you will be given a full refund, including delivery charges within 14 days.
If the order has been despatched, you will receive a refund once your order has been returned to me.
You will be required to pay for return postage in this instance and you are required to return the order within 14 days of informing me of your decision to cancel.
The item/s must be returned in an unused condition, otherwise a deduction will be made from the refund.
Custom Made items
To order a custom made item, please message me to discuss your requirements.
I will get back to you with a price and timescale that your order will be completed by.
Please note: I cannot purchase materials or begin making your order until full payment is made.
Bespoke and personalised items are exempt from cancellation and are non refundable
Return of faulty goods.
In the unlikely event that your items are faulty, or the incorrect items are received, please inform me on receipt of your order, and provide photos of the damage/problem as soon as possible.
