I work with people to change the way that they think. Switching the focus from what's wrong to what is right and working on getting more of the good stuff. Often is not the situation that is the problem - it is our mindset and this can be changed with a little help. Of course if it is the siutation that needs to change then having the right mindset can only help the process.
Encouraging clients to take seemingly small steps towards where they want to be can have massive knock on effects...as they say 'from small acorns large oak trees grow'!
