Eta Care Solutions Ltd has been set up to provide a range of high quality services including domiciliary home care, nursing care, and personal care. These will be at client's homes and at competitive rates. Each care package will be tailored to the individual needs of the client.

We aim to also provide other services including:

These services will be carried out by highly trained and supported staff who will ensure that our clients needs are always met, giving them peace of mind and ensuring that they have all of the comfort necessary for a pleasant experience.

We will endeavour to make the process of setting up a care package smooth and hassle free. On first contact with us, details are taken down. We will then schedule a visit with you or your representative where an in depth look of your needs are discussed.

We intend to draw up specific and individual care plans for you with your input. We will try as much as possible to match a specific carer to you, after consideration of your needs. Risk assessments will be carried out in the home to ensure that safety of both client and carer is maintained at all times. We aim to empower our clients to live independent lives at all times.

We feel that ongoing communication is very important, and will try to be available to you at all times, either by phone, text or email. If not immediately available, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We want to ensure that we repay your trust in us, when you let us into your homes and into your environments. To this effect, we try to ensure that our recruitment and training processes are optimal. All our staff are thoroughly vetted and DBS checked.

Our staff will be continuously evaluated with refresher courses to ensure quality care is not compromised. We also value clients' feedback regarding the carers' performance, and our performance as a whole as we feel this is very crucial in maintaining our goal of optimal performance. We value our service users and aim to treat each person with the dignity and respect that they deserve.
