General information
We are Nigel and Rosanne Steel, & our Family have farmed at Moss Carr for over sixty years. We love alpacas and we want to share our enthusiasm for these amazing creatures with you!
Treeside Alpacas offer Alpaca walks, one-ness with the natural world, executive stress relief or simply a memorable experience in the Yorkshire countryside.
Your magical experience begins with an introduction to the Boys followed by instructions on handling and leading the animals, together with general safety advice.
One of our staff will then accompany you on a circular 3 km tour of the farms fields, woodlands and lagoons.
You can use the walk to discover more about these wonderful animals, or just enjoy the experience and save your questions for at the end of the journey where complimentary refreshments are provided as well as time to take souvenir photographs.
Overall you should allow at least a total of 2 hours for your visit and your footwear should be suitable for country walking.
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted. Treks are by appointment only. Please send us a message to ask for times available.
