MahalaYoga© is the unique blend of Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Core Work, Mediation and Relaxation, “our aim is to make Yoga accessible to everybody, no matter your age, fitness level or experience, everybody will find something for them in a MahalaYoga© class” -

Mahala has spent over Ten years developing this style of yoga to deliver bespoke personalised Yoga classes and retreats that enable people to heal themselves.
