General information
Little Belters are groups for 5-11 years olds who love to sing. Our members don’t audition, they just turn up, sing and we do the rest! From September 2015 we have groups in Altrincham, Cheadle, Chorlton, Didsbury, Lymm and Sale.
What makes us different is what we sing and how we sing it. Whether it’s pumping pop, banging house, indie classics, obscure world music or traditional choral fodder – to us the genre is irrelevant – we simply want to nurture young voices and show young children that when they perform properly, it's very special.
As a result, our performances often take audiences by surprise. They’re quirky, unaffected, authentic and always full of energy. Decked out in hoodies and jeans (sometimes with shades, sometimes without!) the kids enjoyment of the music they sing shines through above all else.
