General information

Both sports massage and personal training are available at our purpose built premises or utilising the excellent facilities at the The Sports Hub @ Treviglas, Newquay.

Not just for those involved in sport.. anyone who places demands on their body on a daily basis would benefit from a sports massage.. mums who carry children around on one hip, those who sit at a desk hunched over a computer or behind the wheel of a car driving all day... all these activities can and do cause muscular imbalances that lead to pain and tension.
For those involved in regular exercise the benefits are widespread... helping to prevent injury, increasing flexibility and range of motion, assists with recovery following events or heavy training sessions.. all aimed so that you can minimise time off training.

Deep tissue, injury treatment and sports specific are just some of the massages offered along with exercise and stretch advice that can be taken home and practiced in your own time to maximise the benefits of the treatment.

Personal training can be offered on a 1 - 1 basis, providing you with the motivation and encouragement to reach your fitness goals..

For a more affordable and in many cases fun option, I also offer semi-personal training where you and a group of friends can work out together and split the cost... there is nothing like the element of competition to get you working hard.. at the same time receiving the personal attention that you cant get in a class environment.

I am fully qualified in both boxercise and kettlebell tuition, both excellent forms of exercise to work your whole body and blast that fat.
