Ultimate Pole Fitness has been established for over 5 years and has been created to allow people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels to experience a fantastic workout. All classes are held in the privacy of Ultimate studios, no bars or clubs for our customers!

We aim to take away the stigma associated with poles by creating classes which are 100% Fitness, so none of the following:

1. No Lap Dancing. Its not our scene!
2. No Dance Routines. We don't do any dance at all. Ever!
3. No Silly Outfits. You're here to get fit, so shorts and T shirt.
4. No Big Egos. All of our staff are friendly, approachable and let YOU do all the work on the poles.

Classes have been devised to enable you to achieve great results in a short space of time. Lets face it, most people don't enjoy sweating it out at the gym, in fact they find it hard even motivating themselves to go in the first place! Gym workouts also tend to be monotonous, whereas with Ultimate Pole Fitness you can work out in classes, in the comfort of your own home by yourself or with friends. It's that easy!! A great investment as early on as possible is a pole and then you can practise whenever you like!
