Homedale Developments Ltd was formed in 2006 by Directors Simon and Di Wellham. Simon Wellham has worked in the Construction Industry since 1984 and has been involved in both Residential and Commercial construction work for Domestic clients, Local Authorities, Principle Contractors, PFI, The Leisure Industry and Local Education Authorities.

We are an experienced team of qualified managers and tradesman working in the Construction Industry.
Managing Director Simon Wellham has worked in the industry for over thirty years as a manager and carpenter, while supplying other trades and management to sites around the Midlands, in Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.
The management teams have membership with the Chartered Institute of Building and the Chartered Management Institute.
