Sea Watch House

General information

Situated off the coast road in a lovely little village called Salthouse, within the North Norfolk Heritage Coast. Salthouse goes back to when the Romans used to make salt there. Sea Watch is a modern, detached property and one of the highest houses there, overlooking all the old cottage rooftops to the sea, and a stunning church beyond.

Behind are open fields sloping up to Salthouse Heath which is acres and acres of protected bird sanctuary and open heath. Holt, the nearest town (3 miles) is a charming Georgian market town with every shop you could possibly want!

There are six bedrooms, all with wonderful views, sleeping up to 10, but cosy enough for just a couple too.

The house is designed so that two families or multigenerational gatherings can all relax and have space to enjoy themselves. There is a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and a sun trap patio with bi-folding doors from the sitting room in the summer.

Sea Watch is extremely well equipped and presented throughout. It's a wonderful family holiday house right on the coast.

Shower Room: Perfect room for hosing down after spending the day on the beach.

Sitting Area: Comfortable area for relaxing, with plenty of sofas and chairs for everyone. Woodburning stove for cooler nights. TV with DVD player. Coffee table and lamps.

Snug: A room for teenagers to escape to with large TV with DVD,comfortable sofa, selection of books and games.

Outside: The gardens are beautifully planted with areas of paving and shingle There are steps up from the patio. Plenty of outside garden furniture and tables. A pretty summerhouse is a lovely spot to have a glass of wine. Gas BBQ. Outside tap and hose.
