I am absolutely passionate about a woman’s amazing ability to perform the miracle of birth. I have been through birth twice, the first time I felt completely dis-empowered. The second I was determined to have a better experience and my choice to have a home-birth led me to look for tools to be able to manage my labour and birth calmly and confidently. My second birth was one of my proudest joyful achievements, it was so inspiring. So I set up Inspiring Births.

I now combine my Obstetric and Gynaecology ultrasound knowledge, with my comprehensive hypnotherapy and psychotherapy training, to assist you in achieving your birthing goals through this wonderful philosophy of childbirth. The uplifting feeling from my job is priceless. I offer a personalised approach, and also run a monthly coffee morning, and offer on-going support till your birthing day & beyond.
