General information

We offer affordable and effective treatments as well as providing you with the knowledge to manage your problem and reduce your pain on your own. The practice was set up to help the general public as well as be a place for sports men and women alike to come and seek treatment. We use our knowledge to provide a combination of hands on treatment and exercise advice which is tailored to the individuals specific needs and requirements so each treatment and management program is unique to you.

Management of sports injuries can be difficult, time-consuming and costly which is why we endeavour to provide thorough examinations and implement home care advice including a variety of strength training, proprioception exercises, stretching, and rehabilitation.

As well as holding a masters in Osteopathy, Michael is an associate member of the UK Strength and Conditioning Association where he is currently undergoing his training qualifications to become a full accredited member and also the Great British Powerlifting Association where he has his first competition in May.

Patients are welcome to attend on self referral, g.p. referral or consultant referral.

About your visit

Please bring appropriate clothing (i.e shorts/t-shirt etc). Each treatment plan is individual and involves a whole body functional approach. The osteopath may need to see an area, for example, the knee which is normally covered by clothing. In this instance it is advisable to bring shorts.

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to allow for filling in the information and consent forms.

All patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian.
