Body Mechanics is a friendly and professional on-site & clinic based massage therapy company, offering a range of massage types, such as sports, remedial, holistic, deep tissue and pregnancy.

We provide postural and joint assessments looking for any imbalance or impaired range of movement, highlighting any areas susceptible to increased stresses or strains.

In addition we can offer CORE I Bodywork as develped by Noah Karrasch, which focuses on fascia release by working into the individual's specific line/s of tension. Treatment for those who need more structural work or as an alternative to massage.

Body Mechanics delivers high quality treatments in the convenience of your own home, premises or from Pitshanger Osteopathic Practice (POP). If we visit you on-site, we provide all the necessary equipment, meaning you just have to supply the treatment space.

We work primarily throughout West London and the Home Counties, however other locations will be considered in relation to your requirements.

Our clients vary from Charities to Sports Teams, to Private clients to Corporate organisations, to pregnant mums-to-be. We like to work with a range of people in different circumstances, allowing us to ‘do our bit’ and to keep our skills and knowledge current.

All Therapists are ITEC qualified, First Aid trained, members of both CThA and SMA and are fully insured.
