General information

I have always been passionate about swimming spending a lot of my childhood either training or at swimming galas and I want to pass this knowledge and love for swimming on to other children.

Offering lessons for babies through to adults. Parent and baby groups have a maximum of 4 in a group, allowing for a more personalised service.

Swimming Lessons are held at Stoke Rochford Leisure Club where the pool is a perfect 30 degrees. I teach in the pool alongside your children.

Sunday
3.00 - 3.30pm - Groups - Toddlers 1 - 2 1/2 years old,
3.30 - 4.00pm - Groups - 2 1/2 years - 4 years old,
4.00 - 6.00pm - Private Lessons (1-1, 2-1 or 3-1),

Monday
3.00 - 6.00pm - Private Lessons (1-1, 2-1, 3-1),

Tuesday
09.30 - 10.00am - Groups 1 - 2 1/2 years old,
10.00 - 10.30am - Groups 2 1/2 - 4 years old,
10.30 - 12.00pm - Private Lessons (1-1, 2-1, 3-1),

Wednesday
10.00 - 10.30am - Groups 1-2 1/2 years old,
10.30 - 11.00am - Groups 2 1/2 - 4 years old,
11.00 - 2.00pm - Private Lessons (1-1, 2-1, 3-1),
4.00 - 7.00pm - Private Lessons (1-1,2-1,3-1),
