I offer face to face consultancy at Petts Wood Practice for performance, weight management, bodybuilding/physique show preparation, VO2max testing, lactate threshold testing, dietary analysis and full blood profiling, whilst all consultations will receive body fat measurements using skin fold callipers.
I also offer online coaching for longer distance clients.
I am accredited by the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) and i am a member of the British Association for Sport and Exercise Science (BASES) and the Physiological Society.
