Hi guys my name is Martin Jensen and i have been teaching since 2002 and have spent that time looking for new and exciting ways of enjoying fitness! I teach many different disciplines in a variety of styles and have flair and passion that makes my classes exciting and fun and keeps my clients coming back for more and more!!
I have been a sponsored Pure Energy presenter since 2007 and came 2nd runner up in the "do you think you can teach" competition at the international fitness showcase uk 2008.

You can book home training sessions, meet up in a park or at your work place. Have a plan made for you to work out at home alone. Ask for nutrition advise. What to put in your shopping trolly and what to take out!!
