Short and Long Dog Boarding

General information

Here at Short and Long Dog Boarding we provide a home from home environment for small breed dog/s with speciality experience of Dashchunds. We also offer a Doggy day care service.

We have three years experience with Dashchunds and understand all their quirks and unique character traits. We also have lifetime experience of dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds.

The business is fully licenced by Calderdale Council and has Public Liability Insurance. We are based in a small village just outside Halifax, West Yorkshire.
We have a safe environment for your dog/s to enjoy including a fully enclosed garden, the house is shared with our resident miniature dashchund Violet.

We will arrange a local meet and greet to ensure you and your dog/s are happy and content to stay with us and Violet.

There is a local park, woodlands and fields in which to walk the dogs.

All medical and dietary needs for your dog/s are happily catered for.
The business owner has a qualification in animal first aid and is also a fully qualified nurse with many years of experience.

We are also members of The Yorkshire Dashchund Group who offer advice and organise local walks.
