Hypnotherapy is a safe and pleasant tool which uses hypnotic techniques to bring about hypnotic change.
I can help with anxiety, depression, stress, anger, self confidence, panic attacks, fear, relationship difficulties, IBS, migraine - any anxiety related issue can be helped with Hypnotherapy. I am also qualified in self-hypnosis for child birth.
I qualified at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, the gold standard in solution focused techniques. I am a member of the Association of Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH), a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and accredited by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and abide by its code of ethics and standards.
The number of sessions needed will vary depending on the issue and your commitment to change - most issues can be dealt with within 12 sessions. Smoking can be dealt with in a one-off session, and specific phobias will take 4 sessions.

The Initial Consultation is free of charge. Subsequent sessions are £60 each.
