B&NES Youth Dance Company
Definition:
Founded by Dance Practitioner Fleur Hoefkens in partnership with Bath Spa University, B&NES Youth Dance Company has been set up to develop a contemporary dance route for young aspiring dancers aged 13-19 years.The group aims to:
Inspire young people to engage and develop their skills in Contemporary and Creative Dance
Support and signpost aspiring young dancers to access specialist knowledge, expertise and high quality dance opportunities
Nurture a pilot youth dance company that responds and evolves to the needs of the participants and the local area
Who can join?
You need to be between the ages of 13- 19.
Anyone can audition. We are looking for young people with potential, along with passion, determination and commitment to dance.

Details:
BYDC has three groups that run on Monday and Tuesday evenings. There are also holiday choreographic intensives, performance opportunities and trips to see professional work
Bursary Places for Eligible Free Dinner Students- Letter from Headmaster needed.
