I am a registered food business with Carlisle City Council. I recently had my second inspection after starting my business and passed with flying colours. I hold a valid level 2 Food safety and hygiene certificate, please ask if you would like to see these I'd be more than happy to assist. Anyone working with food, hot or cold, must be registered with their local council and hold relevant food hygeine certificates.
