Nicola is a fully qualified freelance makeup artist, with broad product knowledge, exceptional knowledge of advanced artistry, the cosmetics industry and exemplary artistry skills. Initially studying in theatrical makeup during a performing arts course , already having a strong artistry background in drawing and painting she soon realised that she had a passion for makeup application and thoroughly enjoyed creating beautiful makeup looks and a makeup artistry job would be the career for her.

Nicola has gained over 16 years’ experience in all aspects of makeup artistry, including Bridal, Editorial, Beauty, Body art, Commercial and Catwalk makeup, she worked for MAC for over 12 years , during this time she had amazing opportunities that enabled her to work at London Fashion Week alongside makeup artists Sharon Dowsett, Lisa Butler, Georgina Graham, Terry Barber, Sam Bryant on shows such as Jonathan Saunders, Nicole Fahri, Boudicca , J Maskrey, Warren Noronha, Gareth Pugh, Preen, Alberta Ferretti and Basso and Brooke to name a few, working on various store/collection launches, fashion shows, photo shoots, bridal makeup, body painting, working for Bobbi Brown and facilitating group makeup lessons in the UK and around Europe are also included in her experience.
