We provide our services direct to client and as a subcontractor to larger consulting firms.

What do we do?
We help businesses save money by improving their internal processes and reducing operational costs. To date we have conducted and supported over 380 projects saving in excess of $175 Million.

How are savings and benefits delivered?
We work with clients to identify focused process improvement projects that will deliver transactional and/or operational benefits enabling key objectives to be realized.

Who conducts the projects?
Projects are either delivered by ourselves or by internal staff.

We recognize that time constraints, staff availability or business critical situations often require external services to be engaged. In these situations we can deliver projects on a client’s behalf.

Alternatively we help clients build up their own internal capability by training selected staff and coaching them through their first improvement project. This enables maximum learning and benefits to be achieved in the shortest time frame.

Not as much as you might think! Our business model keeps operating costs low, enabling us to be very competitive without having a negative impact on the quality of services provided.

In nearly all cases our fees are recovered multiple times by the benefits delivered through process improvement projects.
