General information

This is my home page for my Therapy business. I am based in Woodley, and I also have use of a clinic in Reading and Wokingham.
I am fully qualified in a variety of therapies- Hypnotherapy, Timeline© Therapy, NLP, NLP Coaching and EFT.
I also have had a lifetime of experience working in Learning and HR in a large retail company as well as having children and grandchildren. I was made redundant in 2014 and so I am pursuing my lifetime passion to help others.
I am a great believer in the power of mental strength, and it distresses me that in our western culture we have such a negative attitude towards it, we seem superficially obsessed with physical appearance and money. But neither of this can be enjoyed if our minds are not operating in a healthy and positive way.

So I am here to use all my knowledge and experience to help lead you to finding your own inner power (which is limitless) and to show you how to use all your strength and knowledge to get what you want and need from life.
