Niki is able to offer treatments to clients that are experiencing stress in their lives. Her unique style of therapy combines Massage therapy with mindfulness and Yogic breath work.
Connecting our senses to our natural environments helps focus on releasing stress and tension in our lives. By integrating massage therapy with breathing techniques and mindfulness, it allows us to stay present, dropping out of thinking and into feeling, unblocking emotional tension and negative patterns held in the body. The outcome is a peaceful feeling of mental clarity and awareness that better prepares us to respond to the challenges of every day life, allowing one to feel balanced, connected and restored for ultimate well-being and happiness.

Niki is a Massage and Reiki therapist, Yoga teacher and Eco-psychologist practitioner, with over ten years experience, practicing and training all over the world from the banks of the sacred Ganges to the Mayan Lakes of Guatemala and right back home in various urban delights of Manchester.
