General information

As an experienced massage therapist I use advanced clinical massage techniques to manage and alleviate pain that can arise from problems in the muscles and joints. The most common are back, neck and shoulder pain. My sessions are structured to meet your specific needs with the aim to achieve an outcome and get the results you are after – to reduce your pain and increase the movement in your muscles and joints. This may be achieved in anything from 1 – 6 sessions. In addition, to help speed up your recovery, I will also provide you with support and guidance on strategies you can use to help yourself between sessions and in the long term.
