General information
I provide a safe and confidential space for my clients to explore the problems and issues they bring to therapy. I specialise in working with teenagers, and also work with adults, who want to overcome short- or long-term issues in their lives.
Teenagers
Much of my work is with teens age 12+, and I have valuable experience in using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help teens resolve their problems. Providing support at this crucial time helps them to lead happier lives and to realise their potential.
I can help with anxiety, depression, anger, autism, difficult family relationships, self-harm, low self-esteem, disordered eating and bullying.
Adults
I work with adults too and have experience of working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, addictions, autism, trauma and stress.
I have a particular interest in using CBT to treat disordered sleep/insomnia.
