Combining a range of techniques to provide a treatment which is specific to you, I use deep work when necessary as well as lighter to ensure a relaxing experience. Some of the techniques I use are acupressure, trigger points, reflexology, stretching and energy work.
When I deliver my treatments I use my intuition. By placing my hands on the client and interpreting their energies, by feeling them, I can adapt the treatment to suit individual needs.
