Adam is a Newcastle based specialist Body worker who, over the past 6 years, has developed pain management programmes for those suffering with Fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, ME/CFS. Adam has worked with hundreds of individuals over the years and has been featured In the press many times with regards to getting his clients from dislocating hips in their sleep, to power lifting and surfing in as little as 6 weeks. Adam Is the creator of "The Fibro Guy's Graded Exercise Programme" . A DVD designed, filmed and produced by Adam for the UK charity "Fibromyalgia Action UK" as a means for those with Fibromyalgia to reintroduce themselves to exercise, safety and effectively. Adam also produced the Documentary "The Invisible Monster" an upbeat documentary highlighting some of the success stories of people with chronic pain, whilst exploring alternative treatment available to those in chronic pain.
