I love what I do! I am an East London based Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health & Wellness Coach working with busy, fatigued mums who more often than not, find looking after themselves at the bottom of their priority list. This is common for us mums, juggling hectic schedules between family commitments, career and the many other tasks faced on a daily basis. When do we really get the time to think about ourselves, let alone look after ourselves?
